Every item is made with patience and care — layer by layer — so please allow a little time for your order to come to life.

Processing Time:
Most orders are created and ready to ship within 1–5 business days, depending on size and complexity.

Shipping Method:
We ship through USPS with tracking so you can follow your package from our workshop to your doorstep.

Delivery Time:
U.S. orders usually arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary based on location and postal service conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy

Every item is handcrafted just for you, and due to the nature of 3D printing, all custom orders are final sale.

However, we want you to love your creation. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged.

Note: 3D printed pieces may naturally have small layer lines — this is part of the handmade printing process and not considered a defect.
