Made to Order: This dragon tail pen holder is custom 3D printed especially for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and processing before shipment. Shipping transit time is additional. As with all 3D printed pieces, slight variations in texture and finish may occur, making each piece uniquely yours.

Every item is made with patience and care — layer by layer — so please allow a little time for your order to come to life.
Processing Time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and processing of 3D-printed items before shipment. For resin items and sets containing resin items, please allow 5–7 days for crafting and processing before shipment. Shipping transit time is additional.
Shipping Method:
We ship through USPS with tracking so you can follow your package from our workshop to your doorstep.
Delivery Time:
U.S. orders usually arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary based on location and postal service conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy
Every item is handcrafted just for you, and due to the nature of 3D printing, all custom orders are final sale.
However, we want you to love your creation. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
For eligible non-defective returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping label. This does not apply to approved returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items; please contact us for return shipping instructions for those items.
Note: 3D printed pieces may naturally have small layer lines — this is part of the handmade printing process and not considered a defect.
